Someone has shared an interesting story of experimental use of Arnica for stiffness which did work for her. Read more about it in the below link

Arnica for stiffness
I was actually waiting for firm results after resuming iboga TA extract. Since you have asked , here it goes
It's almost 2 months since I have resumed it. tremors have diminished by 50 percent. Energy has increased. Anxiety has almost gone
however I seldom use cbd oil as well. I think it interacts with iboga in the form òf high BP (140/95)
I also take a lot of other herbs which include mucuna, ashwagandha, bacopa, cat'scan claw, turmeric, black Cummins seed, ginger powder
massage with olive oil
supplements lithium orotate
magnesium
B1
proboitic
homeopathic medicine
D3
Vitamin E
B12
B3 (discontinued due to emergence of conflicting study)
I think among all of the above the biggest difference is Ìboga
All of the above costs me around 500 - 600 USD a month
They also have homeopathic arnica topical ointments and homeopathic oral supplements. I have used the homeopathic topical and a non-homeopathic ointment. Of the two, the homeopathic version worked better for me, but my preference is for the topical ibuprofen that I make at home. It is significantly cheaper than the homeopathic arnica topical. The tiny homeopathic pellets will be a future experiment for me as they would be really convenient when not at home and if they are as effective as the ointment would be a much better choice than oral ibuprofen! The reviews for the oral don't look quite as good as the topical, but they are pretty good also.

I am currently experimenting with the arnica pellets which are taken sublingually . So far they seem to be helpful, but they come on very gradually. I would say they are almost as effective as oral ibuprofen, but I would guess the ibuprofen is slightly more effective. I would use this before trying ibuprofen and then if this didn't manage the pain, then I would use the oral ibuprofen. I would say the topical homeopathic arnica is more effective for a specific pain area such as a sore shoulder, but these pellets are more convenient when you are out and about. I would say the pellets are worth a try to see if it is helpful. These are not going to be a replacement for the more powerful prescription pain meds.
