Here is the link to the study. clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show...

It is not yet completed. I seem to recall Nan posting that the very positive effects had waned with time.

IMO this does not seem practical as there is a shortage of blood for life-saving purposes. Getting enough young people to donate plasma for treatment is unlikely, unless there are family members willing to do so and then it becomes about who can afford the treatment.

If it works,, perhaps they can figure out why and derive a synthetic.

I would suspect that synthesizing blood products has long been an aim in medical research.

I have a friend in the study with PD for 8 years. He too said the positive effects (high energy) waned and noticed know other benefits. I don’t believe the study has concluded.

The Phase 1 will finish in December. Then they have to assess the data. and decide if it’s warranted to continue. I’m praying. it keeps going since the effects were so dramatic, for me at least. They lasted about 1.5 years. The. one lasting effect is that the daily nausea never returned! I spoke with the admin about a month ago and she said that the two best things we can do for ourselves are to exercise a lot and maintain extensive social contacts.
