I was diagnosed going on 17 years ago. Recently my tremors, that were under control with meds, now come and go all of a sudden. I take Rytary and for about 4 hrs I am tremor free and then all of a sudden I start shaking violently. Mainly my right hand, but it also affects my right leg and left hand a little as well. Does anyone else have no tremors and then all of a sudden have really severe tremors?

I responded to your other post. It sounds like dyskinesia. How long have you been taking Rytary? Have you recently made any changes?
I also take Rytary and have had no tremor relief. I have the violent tremors in both hands and arms. I can barely use the computer or write. I do not believe it is dyskinesia that is causing your problem. You would have severe sweats and uncontrollable movements and not like tremors. I would dearly love to have an answer as I have had PD for 12 years. I wouldn't wish this disease on my worst enemy.
tremors come and go this is standard to most PD people. up periods and down periods is common Keep exercising
