My RLS has vanished since I went Keto Diet and dropped Ropinirole and Sinemet completely AND most of my back pain has gone too, and that’s due to the reduction in quadriceps tension I think...

Magnesium and aspirin before bed can help.

Yep magnesium before bed fixed mine

Only thing that helped me after many years of RLS was a double dose of Sinemet before bed, as recommended by my neurologist. I take 3 Sinemet CR 100/25 about an hour before bed. However, if you have RLS other than nighttime,, I don’t know that this would be your solution. Ask your Neurologist. Good luck. 🤞🙏

Magnesium oil spray on feet before bed...available on Amazon. We like nighttime version that includes lavender. Stops his leg cramps and helps us both sleep better! (You can also rub directly on area of cramping....)

Make sure you rule out dehydration. Being more hydrated has helped my husband.

I use alprazolam (AKA Xanax), 1 or 1/2 of a 25 mg pill. Works like a charm.

Try wearing lightweight support pantyhose like Leggs Sheer Energy or Hanes Alive.

I’ve been wearing for years.

An added benefit is that the hose will make it easier to move around in bed.

Hydration [12 oz. minimum] just before bedtime, made my RLS disappear permanently.

My husband gets very bad restless leg. Diagnosed 4 years ago with PD. We have a vibration plate that I purchased for me for poor circulation - but he uses more for his restless legs!! Have been amazed by how effective it is. He just uses it before bed for 10 minutes and he's good. If he doesn't use it and his legs get restless during the night he hopes on for 5 or 10 mins comes back to bed and it has gone!

Well there's some good suggestions there, if you try some of them perhaps you'll get an answer to your problem. I found them very interesting. Good luck! Suffering Socks

I have restless legs in the early morning and all day long....at night they go away....

I am taking Nuepro patch for them now but it is only partially effective and has side effects that are not good. I also take a extended Sinemet at night that seems to help. any suggestions for day time?
