Krill is great for whales, but its not been used on humans for very long so it's hard to tell. Fish oil, however, has been used for centuries, and as long as you get well screened oil (no mercury) its going to be cheaper to get your omega 3. Check out Pharma Nord Bio Fish, its a good brand, also Lamberts fish oil, or if on a budget look at Natures Aid Fish Oil. These are all well screened oils. Dont fall for the hype over Krill.

Well I wondered about taking Krill Oil when it became popular so I asked my GP at the time. He said it was o.k. to take it. I queried about everyone taking the whales' main food and he said that there was plenty in the ocean - then some time later I heard that there was a serious concern about krill being depleted because of the harvesting of these small creatures to make krill oil. We shouldn't interfere with nature.
