Im looking for help..comments..advice

To cut a long story short....im getting spasms in both feet. When they stiff at 4 times a day...can barely walk. Toes v stiff and hard to go on my heels..

I know too much sinimet can cause spasms. ...meds. changed no difference.

I was thinking could be levodopa induced dysonia

it sounds like dystonia. every morning my feet would cramp up and my toes would curl under. it was from not taking c/l during the night. if i took a half dose, it would relieve it. but ever since ive been on the high dose of thiamine regime, the dystonia has been totally eliminated, and i dont need to take that dose of c/l.

How long are you taking B1 and how much. Thank you very much,!

i started thiamine in 6/2018, and am currently taking 1 gm/day. you can see additional info on how it has me in my profile.
