To get good advice I would advise you to give us more detail.
I have a Hard time getting deep breath my throat gets really tight since February activity makes it worse on the couch alot
when my husband gets stressed he feels like he has trouble breathing. Stress makes the lungs "freeze' and take in less air.
Could he also have asthma?
