My rule of thumb is double the amt of l-dopa. So for every 100mg i take of l-dopa i take 200mg egcg. Except my night time dose, which i skip the egcg. Id love to hear from others though, if anybody has some science about it.

Much appreciate it. I had purchased a 1,340mg EGCG supplement! Didn't work too well. . .

My husband, too. It could be toxic. Back to green tea. :)
