I had to give up on the mouse and go with a pen and pen pad in stead

Voice recognition software. You can do everything with your voice that you can do with the keyboard and mouse. Dragon. $80.

When I was working I also had a problem using a mouse. A coworker gave me a "marble mouse" (it's actually bigger than a marble). I looked at it and said, I'll never be able to use that. But after experimenting with it a couple of days, I loved it. What I did was put it on the left side of my computer & using my left hand. There's a computer setting that changes to a left hand user, but I believe I left the setting as a right handed user. I used my thumb on the right button. I've never used my left hand for anything else. Here's a link to show you what it looked like.

Good luck!

I have similar effect like you. Since my right sided is affected I type and control the mouse using my left hand. Try practising. You will overcome.

Best wishes!

Have you not used the touch pad? I have had to use my touch pad for many years because the mouse jumps before I can click on the positions I wanted.

You could try using a tablet - I use a 'half size' iPad. No mouse, and it's easy to type one handed on the touch screen.

google "how to adjust mouse" and you will find how to make the mouse less sensitive. Made a big difference for me.

Hi, try googling “roller ball”mouse.

You might want to try a foot mouse. Google foot mouse computer.

Hi, My husband's tremor is getting worse, he teaches InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, he has to run around helping 40 students using their mouse and keyboards...plus this software is for artists...so hand coordination is pretty important. He is getting stressed out by all this. I really wish I could do something to help him. His feet aren't pretty (LOL). Funny, the education system does everything for students with disabilities but part time teachers just lose their contracts. He is a very talented man.

Not what you're looking for?
