Toe cramps

I was just told to try tight shoes to help toe cramping. Have to say it really helped.

Theory is it stops your big toe taking over your balance and toes curling down.

Anyone else heard this.

Walking barefoot when they strike does it for me.

Barefoot or if outside Vibram five finger shoes. They're the ones with separate toes and a very thin sole. I rarely cramp when I wear them and have been able to do long hikes.

Do not torture your feet and soul. Just use Magnesium... :)
