Worth a watch gang. A bit plodding but some good info particularly from the 20 minute mark when he discusses the value of calorific restriction for cell clean ups.

Thanks for that, I need to see something motivational that has a scientific grounding to keep me from slacking off with the exercise, fasting etc. Cheers.

I agree. I've started to have breakfast at 11 and then final meal of the day 5 pm with no snacking. Tough but I'm determined to do this for a month and see if there are any benefits?

I found it interesting that if you restrict the good functioning side in animal model forcing them to use affected/bad side, it helps to release GDNF, therefore it's good to start using non-dominant hand.

Also, it seems that many Pwp have problems with their left side, and since most of us are right handed it makes you wonder if there is a connection between low usage of your hand/arm and tremor development.

Thank you for this. Has made me think and also motivated me to continue with my exercise and lower my BMI. Apathy is my biggest challenge at the moment.
