You're welcome! Dr Hyman is one of the 'TOP 11' docs and health gurus that I'm loyal to after spending over 2 years of watching, skimming, listening to THOUSANDS of YouTube videos. .................. I know if Dr Hyman says: "do something..." ... I do it (except "going keto" -- that's too much for me at this point since i'm already doing O.M.A.D. and today is day #514 of eating only one meal per day ... all calories consumed within a 2 hour window).

Thanks for sharing. I follow him and watch his youtube videos. I called Cleveland Clinic to see if I could get a consultation with him and he is no longer taking patients

not exactly... his supplement (in general, not specific to PD) recommendations are 1) omegas 3 .... 2) D3 ... gluthathione ... selenium ... magnesium ... alpha gpc
