Head and jaw tremors

This is really wreaking havoc with my sleep and some social gatherings. I look like a old person who can't talk ( no offense you lovely old peeps) with that shaky jaw annoyance . Any ideas welcome. My teeth are hurting too.

i have a jaw tremor, the tongue too. Levodopa is the way I control it. When running low on blood plasma of levodopa I chew gum; as long as the jaw is in motion the tremors are absent. I am also self conscious of the image a trembling jaw portrays; I manage that with a dedicated effort to staying in the 'acceptance' sector of the grieving process.

See a dental specialist who can make you a silicone appliance to wear a night. It's like a mouth guard but thinner. It helps me.
