What is your tremor trying to tell you? .

What happens when you jump into the shower and it's cold?😨

Firstly you shudder message to brain " Attention " bodies amber aler!, "visual display to others all is possibly not ok" if the temperature rises body goes back to green everything OK!

But if it doesn't rise "WARNING" high alert red light! Bodies reaction shiver "tremor " high alert red light!

Bodies reaction turn the temp up back to green light ok☺

Boiler broken boiler back to red alert high alert!😂

Next step body tries to remove itself from danger grab towel Back to green relax😊

Or slip over break leg red light high alert 😨 next someone finds you back to green light relax 😊 or you live alone red light 😨 outcome you die from hypnotherapy 😇

The switch is either 🔴High alert 💥Attention 🎉 Relax

How does this relate to Parkinson's?

I suggest that the Parkinson's tremor is that red light 🔴high alert switch.

And because of the large amount of stored trauma the default setting is stuck in the red!

The body can only start to heal itself when it is in the green position relaxed safe at peace!

Like Parkinson's, everyone's different like every trauma is different!!

So what is your Parkinson's trying to tell you?

park_bear I hope this answers your question to me!

What is your body trying to tell you?

Well it's your tremor not mine I can't tell you!

But firstly you have to pay attention and listen.

My tremor is telling me I missed a whole lot of 'Warning' signs; Because the Bacterial microbiology had become imbalanced due to environmental toxins, lifestyle behavior bias and stress, causing my body to hang on to toxins for far too long. My tremor is part of the collateral damage found in Parkinson's Disease.

But with a little bit of help I am going to beat it one day :)

TRE allows you to reset to the green light as long as you have removed the danger! What happens when the memory in your phone is full? It stops working how do you fix delete unwanted data 😊

Indeed trauma or tremor relief exercises will help (although using the term trauma which has an association & usage in terms of 'mindful aspect' is perhaps misleading) ; Just as Decompression of the Spine exercises, Massage and lifestyle changes also do.

This is exactly the way I explained to my german friend how it feels to have Parkinson. He is the leader of a meditationcentre in the black forest. His comment: if you accept everything the way it is in the here and now. There might be a red traffic light saying warning, but donot identify with it. Only awerness of what is. Donot try to be anywhere else. Research about meditation proves that it brings cortisol levels down. Cortisol is the neurotransmittor that is involved in fight flight situations

I don't have tremors very often however I find that when I do if I bring an awareness and I deliberate choice to relax that limb the tremor dissipates.

I never had a tremor. My right thumb just jerked up now and again. I still don't have too much of an "at rest" tremor meaning that most of the time I don't have an "at rest tremor". But my legs can both jiggle like crazy if I am sitting down and feel tense, excited or nervous about something.

I'm trying to work out how that all fits in with your warning, but not really making a lot of progress.

Hi Bolero,

My reasoning behind it is based on the same reason 50% more men then women develop parkingson's social conditioning "big boys don't cry" there is a stronger copping strategy to hid the tremor! Also parkingson's is more prevalent with red haired people who are more likely to be bullied if they didn’t suppress the tremor they would likely to be bullied more storing more trauma
