The author proposes using vitamins D&B and particularly high doses of vitamin B3
Dr. Prasad published another book the same year (2016), which is shorter, more sharply focused on Parkinson's, and some 4 times cheaper. With regard to PD, it contains almost exactly the same info, based on the advertising blurb. See this earlier post on HU for a relevant link to Amazon.com:
Bought it, read it and applied the protocol but sadly it had little effect on my symptoms. Be careful btw. He directs you to some vitamin site that he reccommends and after some digging I found out that he is connected to the organisation on some level.
Here is the book free gen.lib.rus.ec/book/index.p... Libgen has pretty much any non fiction book or textbook free. Some of the most essential nutrient dense foods are rice bran cereal, mixed nuts, yeast, wheat germ, molluscs. Eating lots of macros (fat protein carbs) without micros (b vits minerals) is bad because macros need micros to be metabolised (carbs need thiamine, protein needs b6, fat needs b5) so that is why high macro low micro food- refined grains, animal products, protein supplements, cause disease.
Check nutrient density of foods on nutritiondata and type in micronutrients on youtube for good videos on micronutrients
