Yes I dance like that. I do not freeze at my house only when trying to figure out what other people are doing.

Yep even when playing classical
A normal brain has a stream of conciseness, gently flowing down the path of least resistance. My brain is more like rapids, hard to control, bowling down what ever is in the way. That is always why I have a tune in my head.
Free flow without distractions with maybe some help to complete those thoughts.
