For long term solutions read up on DBS and talk to your doc. Something that calms me is a warm bath and breathing exercise called 4-7-8.

I looked it up. I would like to try it. My nx neuro appt. Is not til Feb six. They dont prescribe meds over the phone. So i can ask her about it then

You could try large doses of Extra Virgin Coconut oil. See Dr Mary Metcalf. The usual dose is 2 Tablespoons a day. I used more to get rid of so-called (in South Africa, that is) Intentional Tremor.
