Nice. I walk 30 minutes a day

Does High intensity exercise delay progression or does it just rob Peter to pay Paul at the cost of executive decision making?

It definitely delays progression. I am no worse after 3 years with this and according to my doctors I am supposed to be worse.

It delays the physical aspects but does it do so at the cost of the ability to make executive decisions. I am in my 8th year since my official diagnosis and I can thread a needle but can not navigate a grocery store.
