I've been drinking diluted blueberry concentrate daily for a year now since I read of its benefits for neurological health in the book 'Neurogenisis'. Lots of friends tell me I'm looking well. Perhaps it's partly the blueberries?...wildoats.com/blog-posts/eat...

I think what we eat is very important. I'm glad I'm the one who cooks here because I have a better chance of eating really well to help keep PD from progressing.

Where do you get the blueberry concentrate? I live in the UK.

I buy it from Amazon.co.uk. It's not cheap but it's very much cheaper than the equivalent amount of fruit.

Blueberries are a daily part of my diet. I get frozen organic. Civilization has its advantages even for Bears.

The primary active ingredient in blueberries is pterostilbene and is available as a pure supplement. I was taking 250 mg daily and now take 100 mg daily.

I agree. I have one heaped teaspoon of Artic Power wild raw blueberry powder on my breakfast every morning.
