Problems walking in the rain, on a windy day or if the sun is in your eyes?

Does any one have this problem? When I feel rushed i stress so, i freeze up and am unable to walk. So when it rains i feel the need to get in the building quicker and that causes me to freeze and be more unsteady. The wind does no make me feel rushed but when it blows my body goes to a stand still. MY brain feels extremely overwhelmed when in any of these situations. Does anyone have these problems also?

Stress makes everything worse, and time pressure is my stress triggering bugaboo too. Do what you can to reframe the situation: "I'll get there when I get there and meanwhile a little rain won't hurt"

It happens to my boyfriend when we travel and are at the airport ready to board the plane. He starts to freeze because of the stress in getting on the plane with all those people
