Do you have black marking above your room fire or have you in the past? Do you do a lot of gas cooking? Do you smoke? Do you spend large time in trafic? None of this is advisable especially the fire!!! Spend as much time as possible in fresh clean air, open window and have a fan near you blowing away your breathed out air due to possible problem with carbon dioxide. Do not eat burnt toast etc. Advice to everyone else too.
