I have taken Agilent for 4 or 5 years and have been approved by Medicare. Now they said I have to take the generic ragsaline. There is a big difference. What is known about the chemical difference

Why do you have to take any med over another. It is not Medicare's decision it is you and your Doctor. If you are taking a med that works for you unless there is some kind of medical reason you should not then you have the right to that med.
Azilect is Rasageline, so they want you to change to generic med

Azilect and Rasagiline are one and the same thing!
Yes. Sometimes the pharmacist gives me one, sometimes the other depending on what they have in stock. They are entirely the same.
