I have given a lot of thought about memories lately. With the new Pirates coming out my daughter decided we should have a marathon. I was surprised how much of number 4 I did not remember in spite of seeing it before. Some parts I remembered seeing, apx 15 %. The rest of it was like I was watching it for the first time.

Great article! Remaining positive, even in adverse circumstances, is an art. It has been my experience that the more I concentrate on the positive, the less I'm irritated by the negative. At times, this is easier said than done. In terms of dealing with serious, chronic, ailments, like PD, Post Polio Syndrome, and Ataxia, which I am saddled with, challenges occur on a daily basis.
