Hi I am female experiencing dramatic hair loss. Any suggestions please?
I tried hair transplant which lasted a year. I am presently having Plasma injections to no avail. Spent in cost over 7k in two years and wondering what to try next?
Thanks
Angela

I have a beautiful friend who contacted a disease that caused every single hair on her body to fall out and never grow again. She tried all the things you spoke of , then one day said "to hell with it" and threw away the creams and wigs and the only time she wears a hat is if her head is cold. Accept it , get on with your life , things to do, places to go , people to meet , You have no time or money to waste.
My hair had got thin a few years ago due to malnutrition caused by undiagnosed coeliac disease. Once I went on to a gluten free diet, within a few weeks I had a dense growth of new hair. This was some major compensation for having to eat gluten free. Some people believe that gluten is an issue for many people with PD, too, and I believe there have been cases of PD-like symptoms being caused by the body's aversion to gluten. Colin Potter of Fight Parkinsons gave up gluten as part of his strategy that helped clear his symptoms. This is an interview with him:
