Don't know where you live, but for us, March is the most brutal month and spring is still a LONG way off.

Northeastern PA (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area). Spring doesn't come here until late May, it lasts for about two weeks and the we go right into summer.

I used to have a barbecue every Memorial Day but after several years I stopped because it was always freezing cold and rainy.
