There is a video on YouTube called Getting Unstuck the 5S method. I encourage you all; patients and Care Providers to watch it. It is only a little over 2 minutes long and I think that you will all find it very helpful.

Good idea if you are lucky enough to still have the muscle strength to do it. Do women find this easier? I am only asking because women are better at multi-tasking.

I'm not sure. I still have quite a bit of strength. I was very healthy before I started noticing symptoms. Works instructional my whole life since I was 9 years old. And I used to spend a couple hours a day at the gym lifting weights. I still try to stay as active as I can. I ride my quad a lot and I shoot a compound bow almost everyday.
