I started taking Mannitol November 30th. I have not noticed any Improvement. My gas and bloating is gone though. It seems like it helps with constipation.

When you go to the Clinicrowd website and do their survey to register, you get the protocol. The dose is based on your weight.

From the clinicrowd site-

70 kg or 154lbs =10g or 0.35 oz

from a different site-

170lbs = 1tablespoon

I just got my Mannitol last week. I found it to be cheaper to order it through Amazon rather than buy it through the Univ of TelAviv website. I take a level tsp in the am with Orange juice and one at night. I weigh approximately 149 lbs. they only noticable difference I have found is that it helps with my constipation. My Neuro says it’s ok to take small doses since it tends to lower BP. The first couple of days I felt dizzy due

To the dosage I was taking. (Approx 2 tbsp a Day). My neuro also told me it’s important to hydrate more often than usual. It’s only been a week but those are the most notable differences I have experienced.
