Sometimes all of my teeth hurt at once, both upper and lower. Is this to do with PD? It's only happened half a dozen times in the past few years, and usually only lasts a minute or two, but it's very painful.

Dental pain
Wild guess, but it sure sounds like trigeminal post-herpetic neuralgia. I developed this after I started taking chemo meds for chronic leukemia (gleevec). It can be just terribly painful. Turned out there was nothing wrong with any of my teeth, it's in the nerves and a frequent reaction to chemo (but also due to other things). Have you suffered any outbreaks in your mouth and/or throat? After it subsides, you get the big zap. I switched from gleevec to nilotinib, but once that instruction has been etched into your nerve path, you're pretty much stuck with it. When I feel it coming on, I take a prescription Rx called valcyclovir. It works like a charm!
So I am a cheerleader for drugs, though I used to be a pharmaceutical naysayer. I am in complete remission for leukemia due to nilotinib and get quick relief from trigeminal neuralgia thanks to valcyclovir!
Yes I have the same but thought its because I clench my teeth.
Occasionally my teeth feel like they are all being pulled out by s magnetic force. It is uncomfortable and passes. I think it's to do with lack of oxygen to the jaw muscles due to PD.
Shows what I know!
