did you know , that vit D acts on neurons, is epigenetic (influences genes) but if you take supplements it must be taken with vit K2. great article on breast cancer.

did you know, that you might have surplus of iron after menopause and you can reduce that by giving blood?

no commercials, vit d and iron are implicated in treatment of pd and iron is counterindicated for pd'rs. neuros recommend vit d but I wonder if they explain about vit k2.

Yes, vitamins D and K1 + K2 are a good combination. They are necessary to provide the body with what is needed to get calcium from the bloodstream into the bones. Without them you suffer the double whammy of hardening of the arteries (calcium deposits) and osteoporosis. For more detail see: tinyurl.com/hya5dwd
