I ran out of fish oil and did take it for 2 weeks. I notice i was very tired in the mornings and my legs felt week. I bought some fish oil and started taking it again (2400 mg Nature Made). Now my meds last longer i am no longer tired in the morning and my legs do not feel tired any more.

Hi Bailey. I've been taking 500 mg. of Krill oil for the past month or so & I feel that it's helping my fatigue & in the last week or so my meds have been lasting longer. I wasn't really sure if that's what it was or not, but now I think maybe it is. Maybe I should start taking two.

Seems to me it does all these things.

Just a side note. I took Azilect for 9 years. And just quit a few weeks ago. I was having bad nights. I cried almost every night. had depression every night. Just like a living hell. Now i do great at night only change is no more Azilect.

Before I was diagnosed I was like that, very lethargic. My GP put me on vitamin d as it was very low. I feel much better now.Fish oil always upsets my stomach.

I take D3 & it helps also. Have you tried Krill oil? It's supposed to be easier on the digestive system than fish oil.

Actually , we see numerous advantages from taking fish oil because it contains fatty acid good for many internal problems including lowering cholesterol and preventing heart disease , although still is exploring deep beneficial of it in the body functions . So it is better to take it as your food intake but the amount is important to consult with a doctor .
