I get internal tremors which are mainly invisible to others, and taking 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut oil seems to reduce them a lot, which is very encouraging. But even this small dose has a bad effect on my stomach. It tends to give me diarrhoea, or just makes me go to the toilet very frequently indeed. Sorry if that's too much info!
I tend to just take the oil from the spoon, or put it in my coffee. Is it better to take it in a different way perhaps, in order to limit bad effects on my stomach? Thanks.

There are two things you can try. First of all try taking it as a teaspoon of time instead of a tablespoon until your body gets used to it. you may be able to find a middle ground where you get some stomach relief and avoid some of the diarrhea. most people can work up to a larger dose after a little while. Secondly coffee can also upset your stomach. milk is slightly alkaline which is calming. Try melting it in warm milk. Blend it to a frothy drink if you don't like it separated. hope this helps.
I was taking 2 teaspoons of coconut oil every morning in my coffee. It would take me 4 hours before my stomach stopped cramping. Once I tried the Nutiva, I was able to up my dosage to over 1 tablespoon with no bad stomach issues at all. Just buy a small jar at first. Hope you will give it a try.
