I enrolled in this simple cell phone app and I think it's great. Their objective is to collect PD data which is done via a quick check in each down after you download the smart phone app. In return you can graph a variety of data that is very helpful to see how your own symptoms progress.

If you are referring to Fox Insight I have been a contributor since December. Its a life saver because it tells you when to take your meds. I still forget.
