I think I'm going to go back to thinking about something I thought a lot about when I was first diagnosed. And that is: I wonder if there is some kind of meditation that would balance our brains regardless of whether we had too much or too little of certain minerals, neurotransmitters, neurons, or whatever. Seriously!
