Macuna

Has any medical professional or pharmacologist suggested what the dosage should be for macuna? Also can you take sinemet with this product and are there any reactions to taking both of them?

I have taken mucuna with Sinemet. It is simply a natural occurring source of l-dopa. How much you need to take depends on 1) what preparation of mucuna you are taking as different preparations have different concentrations of l-dopa and 2) what you are trying to accomplish medically

I'm not a doctor but a patient and have experimented mainly with ground mucuna beans. For me Sinemet is more effective as a base treatment but mucuna is better if I need extra l-dopa.. Less dyskenesia. Your mileage may vary.
