Many times pain that is worse wIth weather changes are related to barometric pressure chages... Rapid swings from hi to lo effect swelling in arthritic joint capsules. It is usually worse at night because we are attempting to sleep and our attention has nothing else to focus on.
Anti inflammatory meds can help if they don't upset your stomach. Meditation , relaxation and flexibility exercises on a regular basis can help also?... It's tough though.
I take 1 Celebrex twice a day
too much pain with out it, have seen no side affect in 3 years.
Some people say that I should be afraid of becoming addicted to it so as soon as they find a cure I am going to stop taking it.
