I am GREATFUL to so much others have posted in trying to help my husband better. I have gotten frustrated as it seemed I was not going to be able to get in. I won't continue to be a member if I continue to have this happen. Kind regards, patti

What happens Patti? Is this a new problem for you or ongoing? I have never had a problem since I joined so not sure how to advise without further info. Hope we all can help you to get it sorted.

Do you get regular email notifications with the posts by various members?

I find that the best way to get online at Health Unlocked. In fact it is the only way I remember to come on to the site at all.

Patti,

When at the point in the login sequence where there is a box with text something like "tick this box to be remembered on this system" and you will find that unless you specifically log off HealthUnlocked you will retain access to all this site's pages without the need to log in again. Certainly I haven't logged in for weeks but I always have access to al chat threads without logging in again.

Patti,

What owdsod say's is a good idea but I can't remember how to change the setting that will direct the site to send these automatic notifications. It will be somewhere where you edit your profile I guess.

Hi Patti

I also receive notifications and find that I don't need to log in. However recently for 3 weeks the notifications stopped for no apparent reason. I checked my settings as indicated on the site and everything was on target. Like you I didn't want to de- register. I went to help button at top of page then email live chat facility and was able to explain to a helpful person what the problem was. This person spent about 10 mins looking into this and the notifications were reinstated after a couple of days - in fact yesterday. I am thrilled to be back in the loop. I hope you find this encouraging. Lesley
