you should see a physical therapist ASAP. there are excercises that can help at least to forestall this and make your movement easier as well.

RifeDigital.com distilled water...magnascent iodine..eat organic foods avoid toxic processed foods. ETS Zeolite and magnascent iodine plus distilled water will detox all those chemicals that are probably causing your PD.

I do some floor exercises on a regular basis that certainly help me

as decompressing the spine appears to assist in many ways

Yoga!!! I am 8 years into PD and my Neurologist commented on how well I was doing at the last appt. Not only his observation, but family and friends say that my symptoms are almost difficult to detect. I am a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching and practicing since 2007. It is important to find a teacher with knowledge of modifications to help the student with PD issues to derive the benefits and prevent injuries. I also lift weights 3 times a week and walk, briskly and up and down steep hills daily 2-4 miles. Keep a positive attitude and know that your body has the ability to heal itself, and wants to. Love to all.

My husband head drops forward and he is unable to support his body he curls inwards . I have beeneolling a towel under his chin to help support and try and relieve the drooling this is causing .

My head was in that position after getting too much Botox! it took almost 2 months for it to get back to the "Normal" position!!And yes my drooling was worse when this happened! I feel for anyone suffering with this problem!

My physiotherapists have me do stretching exercises against a therapy (gym) ball. Put the ball behind your back between you and the wall. Lean way back and hold to the count of ten. Then repeat. You will feel the stretch. Even then I have to keep reminding myself to stand up straight when I walk...and swing my right arm...and keep my hand straight with thumb forward...there is a lot to remember!

I hope it is possiible to get to the point when it becomes a habit. I don't always remember. Sometimes people remind me and I appreciate that.
