This meeting provides:

• A chance to learn about clinical trials and new surgical procedures which aim to treat Parkinson’s more effectively

• Advice, insights and discussion on how to make those difficult decisions around participating in clinical trials

• An opportunity to ask questions to our experts in the field

• Hear from our guest speaker, Barbara Thompson MBE, a jazz musician and composer, who worked closely with Andrew Lloyd-Webber in the past on musicals such as Cats, and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1997.

The meeting will start at 10:00 and close at 13:00, and will be followed by a buffet lunch, where you can chat with others also interested in learning more about clinical trials and investigative treatments in Parkinson’s disease. The meeting will also be filmed and made available online after the event for those that are unable to attend.

If you are interested in attending the meeting or have any questions, please email helen@cureparkinsons.org.uk.

It would begood to hear of cliinical trials on those who have recovered from pd naturally. Not more drugs to mess up the balance of our bodies.
