Can the antidepressives and anxiolotic drugs minimize symptoms of PD like tremor or rigor?

Yes. But I also think that some medications have side effects that cause tremors. Sometimes tremors can be traced to anxiety and stress. I get hand tremors when I watch the news.

I am on a mild antidepressant but don't know if this helps my tremor or not. My tremors appear to be either when meds wear off or directly related to stress.
