Has anyone had a bad reaction to a bone scan with a radioactive injection?

My friend had one for his knee and he doesn't seem to have been affected . Was thinking of asking my doctor if it would help find my husbands knee problem have you been having any problems since

I had a DaTSCAN a few months ago, which required an injection of radioactive tracer. No side effects whsoever.

Thx for your input. I have a fractured lower back and cannot handle MRI's so went with a whole body bone scan with radioactive injection. Ok 1st day after but then had uncontrollable tremors with a temp. So uncomfortable, but feeling better now & will find out if back surgery is needed tomorrow.

I have not had a bone scan with a radioactive injection, but I have had a bad reaction to a radioactive injection given for a CAT scan. I would think that would be the same.
