Has anyone tried Bowen Therapy?

I think I may have tried this some years ago for a back problem. I was recommended to a therapist who did not touch my body, but somehow realigned my spine. Was sceptical, but that one treatment worked.

This could be something completely different, as it was some time ago, but if not I would recommend it.

Yes,I started Bowan Therapy last June,and have it once a month ever since.

A lot of time has been spent on my shoulders,and upper arms ,also the back of my neck. I can now lift my left arm and there is improvement in the right too.

The rigidity is eased in my legs and ankles I will certainly continue with Bowan Therapy

There is a lot of information about it and I have never tried it. Google Bowan Therapy and Parkinson''s and you can review it for yourself. I think I might try it.
