Yes, I have and use an "ACUVIBE" vibrating footplate, find it helps both circulation and range of muscle movement. It sits on the floor, operates off 110 volt power supply, is almost silent, and can be used while watching TV or other sedentary activities. The vibrating part of the footplate is about 1 foot square and is faced with small rubber knobs. By rocking toes, heels, insides and outsides of feet, its possible to achieve added flexibility to feet. It could also be used, if placed on a tabletop, to work out hands and elbows,(shoulder) for those who have those problems. I got my Acuvibe from a private party but have since found information on Google. I highly recommend their use, (not speaking for the brand but for the idea.).

Best Wishes.

I have tried this, and it was a good help for a long time. But then, suddenly, I got pains in my legs and could not continue. I wish for you that you can use this form for training. l

I have not tried that brand of electric massager specifically but have used a variety of good quality brands recommended to me by a chiropractor whom I trust, they do not diminish or delay the progression of PD but they do allow for orthopedic relief AND they facilitate relaxation.

Best wishes!

I recently purchased a Scholl DRMA7301UK hand massager (google for the model number given), and it transformed the problems I was having with dystonia - because I was able to focus attention specifically to a small area where I needed to get the circulation working.

This was an excellent purchase for me. I've tried other massaging devices but none have really repaid the investment. With this one I have something which was instantly successful.

Be aware however that this device really does give your muscles a good hammering, so take care when you first use it.
