Only whent out for dinner yesterday. Walked across to pub. Well struggled across .My feet this morning walking and knees feel like dried up bones.

Surely you can't get arthritis in them on 4 months. No swelling now just like bones on bones rubbing . Sacroiliac joint don't feel that good either and from knee down everything is tingling. Any help would be appreciated with this. First ligaments then this feels like bone problems

Any one tried vitamin k to stop calcification of ligaments to? Thanks in advance.
