I have on numerous occasions and experienced hoarseness for no reason and I have often wondered if it was related to my RA.

I have it often. I also have throat and tongue dryness and difficulty swallowing. I have neurological issues so that could be related, but the throat hoarseness and dryness is not neurological. I’ve wondered if it is my RA that causes it. An ENT can help you with that.

I have not experienced hoarseness but did a search on google and it did say it is a possible symptom with RA and usually it is accompanied by difficulty with swallowing
