Arthritis pain

I take medication for it I get injections in my neck and back. It helps sometimes and then I have to stretch or do yoga. I do my best to living in pain be happy for my kids and my mom. I hope I find someone that understand me and except me for who I am

I have so much pain in my whole body a lot of arthritis everywhere I’ve had epidural injections in my neck the last little bit and I’m back to square one of my disks are almost bone on bone then my low back lot of arthritis and a protruding bone in the low back there’s instability they want me to do surgery and I don’t want to do it but my left leg hurts really bad had injections more injections in my low back and then I start having pain againI don’t know what to do and I’m so depressed all the time and I have no energy for anything that’s so bad for my daughter that has to see me go through this my husband passed away four years ago I’m just mass cry all the time in pain from depression
