My father has issues with arthritis
Hi RED1224, I am so sorry to hear about your poor father and familt members.
A good friend of mine, well "her Mum" suffers with arthritis in her back and knees. She receives Physiotherapy weekly, gradual exercises starting with the easiest one first to do three times a day, but with long rest breaks inbetween them because she gets very tired and worn out a lot. But sometimes she couldn't be bothered when she was living alone with a form of dementia. But now she lives in Supported Independent Living where they have staff coming to see her 4 times a day and there is a communal TV lounge there she can use. They try to take her out in a wheelchair but she won't hear of it any more . Lets hope this helps you even if it's a bit, "any little bit is better than nothing isn't it"? Please feel free to come back to me again anytime.🤗
