Brought to you by the Cloudy with a Chance of Pain research team, we are now recruiting for volunteers to take part in a 3-month study into activity and pain, starting in September. We will lend you a brand new smartwatch for the study and travel expenses up to £15 will be reimbursed.

Am interested I am doing a trail at present but as long as I don't need to take antsy medication I do not mind doing it is it would help up other people with the pain of RA

Hi Tillie20 ,

Thanks for your interest. There are no medications involved in the study at all. Participants just need to be willing to wear a smartwatch for 3 months and answer surveys on the watch and a smartphone app.

Just to clarify the study is looking at osteoarthritis rather than RA. If this would apply to you though, please take a look at the study website - cloudywithachanceofpain.com... for more information and email us at koalap@manchester.ac.uk to register your interest in taking part.

Many thanks.
