Hi my name is Cheyenne and I'm 19 and I have juvinial roumitoid arthritise and I cant get my doctor to refer me to a romatoligist any natural supplements I can take to reduce infalmation any comments and or sugestions would be great. Thank you for your time.

You might try ginger and/or Tumeric. Both are good at reducing inflammation. They don't work overnight, but after a short time you very well may notice a difference in your pain level. Keep fighting!

Hi Cheyennesheppard,

RA must be treated immediately to avoid any erosion on our joints. Other natural foods can only help to reduce the inflammation but they do not help to slow down or stop the progression of the disease. You can treat the symptom to reduce the inflammation but if the disease continue to be active, the immune system continue to attack our tissues around the joints and that will cause the joints to be eroded eventually.
