I have tried to make a claim with my long term disability insurance Liberty. They denied my claim. They are saying there's no proof that that I cannot work even though my doctor has written me a letter saying that I am completely disabled. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do? Has anybody else dealt with Liberty?

Long term disability
I have not, was always denied long term insurance. Have you tried a lawyer?
I was turned down for disability because I'm a homemaker was told I didn't work outside the home long enough.😕
I was approved for disability (on my 2nd try & with the help of a lawyer), & it's only because she focused the case on my major depression.
(I see ads that say if you don't win, you don't pay).
I lost my professional career & sense of identity. All of my physical pain & mobility restrictions were basically ignored.
I have RA, psoriasis, Sjögren's, lupus, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue,Ulcerative colitis, mild cystic fibrosis, cervical stenosis, (requires decompression surgery as soon as colitis is in remission) spondylosis & bone spurs along my entire spine, migraine headaches, & even though I could go on I won't.
RA has also caused me to become withdrawn & anxious. I avoid social interactions & my husband doesn't even try to have a normal relationship with me anymore. He is burnt out.
He runs all the errands & doesn't socialize any more either. He's tired of hearing, "but she doesn't look sick".
Sometimes I think this disease is harder on the ones you love!
My well friends think I have "arthritis" & I should push myself more.
i am grateful for my faith, & even after years of asking Why?, still have no answers.
Bless you all!
