Recent Crohn's diagnosis

Hello, After 6 months of doctors/hospital appointments I got confirmed Crohn's diagnosis last year. 3 months of steroids didn't help massively so biological injections last week so fingers crossed.

What I wanted to ask is has anyone else suffered with lightheadedness/dizziness with Crohn's ?

I have had it since the beginning. Sometimes quite slight but other days can be worse. Had various tests (MRI of head, blood pressure) and nothing has come up with why I'm experiencing it.

Any advice would be great.

you will most likely be anemic due to the inflammation causing you to bleed internally. This would cause dizziness, tiredness and general lack of energy….just a thought.
